Log in to your n11.com account

Go to n11.com and sign in with your email and password by clicking 'Giriş Yap' (Sign In) in the top-right corner of the page.

Navigate to the membership cancellation page

Go directly to https://www.n11.com/hesabim/uyelik-iptali, or from your account dashboard click 'Hesabım' (My Account) in the top-right, then find 'Üyelik İptali' (Membership Cancellation) in the left-hand menu.

Resolve any pending orders

If you have any incomplete or in-progress orders, you must wait for them to be fulfilled or cancelled before the system will allow membership cancellation. The page will display a warning if this applies to you.

Click 'Üyeliğimi İptal Et'

On the cancellation page, click the red 'Üyeliğimi İptal Et' (Cancel My Membership) button. The page will warn you that all order history, earned discount coupons, and saved data will be permanently deleted.

Confirm account deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear asking 'Hesabınızın silinmesini istiyor musunuz?' (Do you want your account deleted?). Click 'Evet' (Yes) to proceed.

Check for confirmation email

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. No further action is required. The account is immediately deactivated.
