Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Paid subscribers retain full access to their dashboard and data until the end of the current billing period. However, if you are on a free trial, cancellation ends your trial access immediately.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Crazy Egg's policy explicitly states that no refunds or credits are provided for partially used months, upgrades, downgrades, or unused months on an open account.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate your Crazy Egg subscription at any time by logging back in and selecting a new plan. Your historical data may still be accessible upon reactivation.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

Data is retained during the remainder of your billing cycle. If you delete your account entirely (a separate action from cancelling), Crazy Egg permanently deletes all data from their systems within 28 days.

Can I cancel via email or phone?

No. Crazy Egg only accepts cancellations through the Account > Manage Account page on their website. Requests to cancel by email or phone are explicitly not considered valid cancellation methods.

What happens if I cancel mid-billing cycle?

Log in to Crazy Egg

Go to crazyegg.com and log in to your account with your email and password.

Open Account menu

In the left navigation sidebar, scroll down to the bottom and click on 'My Account' to expand the submenu.

Click Manage Account

From the submenu that appears under 'My Account', click 'Manage Account' to open your account settings page.

Find Your Plan section

On the Account/Profile page, scroll down to the 'Your Plan' section in the middle of the page where your current subscription details are displayed.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' link, which is highlighted in red within the 'Your Plan' section.

Answer cancellation survey

Complete the short survey asking for your reason for cancelling (e.g. too expensive, not using it, missing features). This is required before the cancellation is confirmed.

Confirm cancellation

Submit the form to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation and retain access to your data until the end of your current billing period.
