Review your contract terms
Locate your Beamery service agreement or order form. Beamery is an enterprise B2B platform sold on annual or multi-year contracts, so check the contract for the required notice period (commonly 30–90 days before renewal) and any termination-for-convenience clauses before proceeding.
Contact your Beamery Account Manager
Reach out directly to your assigned Beamery Customer Success Manager or Account Executive. This is the primary channel for enterprise contract cancellations. Their contact details are typically in your original onboarding emails or your contract documentation.
Submit a cancellation request via support
If you do not have a direct contact, go to support.beamery.com, click 'Submit a Request', and submit a ticket clearly stating your intent to cancel or not renew your subscription. Alternatively, email support@beamery.com with your account name, company, and cancellation request.
Use in-app messaging as a backup channel
Inside the Beamery platform, click the in-app messaging widget (chat icon, usually bottom-right corner) to contact Beamery's support team and notify them of your cancellation intent.
Send written notice of non-renewal
Provide formal written notice (email to support@beamery.com and your account manager) within the contractual notice window. State your company name, contract/account ID, intended cancellation date, and request written confirmation of receipt.
Confirm cancellation and data export
Once Beamery confirms acceptance of cancellation, request a data export of any candidate records, campaign data, or reports you need to retain. Ask for written confirmation of your account closure date and any off-boarding steps.
