Request termination fee calculation

Call BH Telecom Contact Center at 1444 (free) or 0800 27777 (from other networks) and ask for the exact early termination fee for your specific package. Under the 2026 General Terms, the fee is the lower of: (a) total discounts/benefits already received, or (b) remaining monthly subscriptions until end of contract.

Locate your nearest BH Telecom branch (poslovnica)

Find your nearest service center using the branch locator at https://www.bhtelecom.ba/en/shops/. There are 75+ locations across Bosnia and Herzegovina. In-person visit is required — cancellation cannot be completed online or by phone alone.

Visit the branch with valid ID

Bring a valid government-issued ID (lična karta or putovnica). Business customers must additionally bring a stamped and signed termination request letter. Tell the agent at the counter you wish to 'raskinuti ugovor' (terminate your contract).

Submit the termination request

The branch agent will process your cancellation, confirm the notice period (3 working days for mobile), and issue a final invoice covering any outstanding balance plus any applicable early termination penalty.

Return any rented or subsidized equipment

Return any equipment provided under your contract (e.g., routers, Moja TV decoders, subsidized handsets) at the branch. Failure to return equipment results in additional charges on your final invoice.

Pay the final invoice

Settle the final bill including outstanding charges and any early termination fee. Retain the receipt and termination confirmation document as proof of cancellation.
