Elisa bills in advance for the current billing period. Refunds for unused days are not automatically issued; prepaid credit on prepaid cards is non-refundable. Check your contract terms or contact Elisa customer service at 6 600 600 for billing specifics.

What happens if I am still within a fixed-term (minimum-period) contract?

If you cancel before your minimum contract period ends (typically 12 or 24 months), an early termination fee may apply. The fee amount depends on the remaining contract duration and your specific plan. Review your contract or ask Elisa customer service before canceling.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

You cannot reactivate the same contract after termination. To resume service, you must sign up for a new subscription. If you chose to pause rather than cancel, you can reactivate early by selecting a new available service package through the self-service portal.

Is there an alternative to full cancellation if I only need a temporary break?

Yes — you can pause your mobile contract for up to 12 months via the self-service portal under 'Lepingu peatamine' (Contract Suspension). A one-time fee of €3.99 applies, but no monthly fee is charged during the pause period, and your number is preserved.

What if I cannot cancel online?

Log in to Elisa self-service portal

Go to https://iseteenindus.elisa.ee/ (redirects to elisa.ee/itb/login/). Log in using your Estonian ID-card, Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, or username and password.

Navigate to 'Teenused ja seadmed'

From the self-service dashboard, click on 'Teenused ja seadmed' (Services and Devices) in the main menu to see all active services on your account.

Select the mobile number to cancel

Find the mobile number (phone subscription) you wish to cancel in the list and click on it to open its details page.

Open 'Toimingud' menu

On the service detail page, click the 'Toimingud' (Actions) button or dropdown to reveal available management options for that number.

Choose 'Lepingu lõpetamine'

From the actions menu, select 'Lepingu lõpetamine' (Contract Termination) to open the cancellation screen.

Select immediate or scheduled cancellation

Choose between two options: click 'Lõpeta leping' (End Contract) to terminate immediately, or check the box 'Soovin lepingu lõpetamise ajatada' (I want to schedule contract cancellation) to set a specific future date and time for termination.

Confirm cancellation

Review the termination details and confirm by clicking the final 'Lõpeta leping' (End Contract) confirmation button. You will receive a confirmation on-screen and/or by email.
