No. Your Pro or Premium plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Basic plan.

What happens to my uploaded models after cancellation?

All your 3D models remain on Sketchfab and are not deleted. However, private models become inaccessible (you cannot view, edit, or share them) until you re-upgrade. Public models remain fully accessible and embeddable.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No. Sketchfab's policy states all subscription payments are final. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

How do I cancel if I don't have a PayPal account?

If you subscribed via PayPal Guest checkout with a credit or debit card, you must contact Sketchfab/Fab support directly at support.fab.com (use the Sketchfab product origin filter) to request cancellation.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

No. Sketchfab does not offer a subscription pause option. Your only options are to keep the subscription active or cancel it entirely.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time at sketchfab.com/plans. All your previously uploaded models and data will still be there.

Log in to PayPal

Go to paypal.com and log in to the PayPal account you used when subscribing to Sketchfab. Note: Sketchfab does not have a self-serve cancel button inside its own settings — cancellation is managed through PayPal.

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your PayPal dashboard to open 'Settings'.

Go to Payments

Click on the 'Payments' tab, then select 'Manage automatic payments' from the options shown.

Find Sketchfab

Scroll through the list of active automatic payments and click on 'Sketchfab'.

Click Cancel

Click the 'Cancel' button next to the Sketchfab automatic payment and confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Contact support if no PayPal account

If you subscribed using a credit or debit card via PayPal Guest checkout (no PayPal account), you cannot cancel self-serve. Visit support.fab.com (select 'ProductOrigin=Sketchfab') and submit a cancellation request to the support team.
