Find your Paddle receipt email

Search your inbox for an email from paddle.com or paddle.net (billing confirmation or receipt). Every Paddle billing email contains a 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel Subscription' link — this is the primary way to access your subscription management.

Click 'Manage Subscription' in the email

Open the Paddle receipt or billing email and click the 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel Subscription' link. This takes you to the Paddle Customer Portal at customer-portal.paddle.com with your subscription pre-loaded.

Sign in via secure email link

On the customer portal sign-in page, enter the email address associated with your purchase and click 'Send Link'. Paddle sends a temporary, secure sign-in link to your email — click it to authenticate. No password required.

Locate your active subscription

Once signed in, you'll see your active subscriptions listed on the portal dashboard. Click on the subscription you wish to cancel to open its details.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the subscription detail page, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. If the vendor has enabled Paddle's Cancellation Flows (Retain), you will be taken through a brief retention flow before cancellation is confirmed.

Complete the cancellation survey (if shown)

Paddle's Retain feature may show a short survey asking why you're cancelling. Select your reason and continue. Based on your answer, the portal may offer you options to: pause your subscription, switch to a lower-cost plan, or receive a temporary discount to stay.

Decline retention offers and confirm

If you don't want to accept any retention offer (pause, discount, or plan change), click 'Continue to Cancel' or 'No Thanks'. On the final confirmation screen, click 'Confirm Cancellation' to schedule the subscription to cancel at the end of the current billing period.

Check for confirmation email

After confirming, Paddle sends a cancellation confirmation email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date.
