Can I cancel Pinpoint mid-contract?

No. Pinpoint uses annual contracts billed upfront, and cancellation means non-renewal at the end of the current contract term. You cannot exit mid-term without specific contractual provisions negotiated in your agreement.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

No refund policy is publicly documented. Given annual upfront billing, mid-term refunds are unlikely unless your contract explicitly provides for them. Review your signed agreement or ask your CSM.

How do I export my data before leaving?

Export your candidate data

Before cancelling, log into your Pinpoint account and use the custom report builder to export all candidate data as CSV files. Do this well in advance — production data is deleted within 15 days of contract end and backups within 45 days.

Every Pinpoint customer is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Reach out to them directly via email or the in-platform live chat to notify them of your intent to cancel / not renew.
