Review your contract documents

Locate your signed Order Form and Master Subscription Agreement. Identify your contract end date, the required notice-of-non-renewal deadline (typically 60–90 days before term end), and any termination-for-cause provisions. These terms are customer-specific and vary by agreement.

Contact your Icertis Account Manager

Reach out directly to your assigned Icertis Account Manager or Customer Success representative. There is no self-serve cancellation portal. You can also call +1 (425) 869-7649 or use the contact form at icertis.com/contact-us/ to request escalation if you do not have a direct contact.

Submit written non-renewal notice

If you are not renewing at contract expiry, send formal written notice of non-renewal to Icertis before the deadline stated in your Order Form (typically 60–90 days before the contract end date). Missing this window triggers automatic renewal for another term.

Termination for cause (if applicable)

If terminating due to Icertis's material breach: send written notice identifying the breach and the relevant contract clauses. Icertis has 30 days to cure. If the breach is not remedied within 30 days, send a formal written termination notice. Deliver by overnight courier with tracking (effective one day after submission).

Log in to the support portal to open a formal offboarding ticket

Access the customer portal at support.icertis.com/csm (requires login) and open a support ticket to initiate the formal offboarding and data-export process alongside your written notice.

Request your data export within 5 days

Immediately upon the effective termination date, formally request that Icertis return all Subscriber Data in its current format at no charge. You have only a 5-day window — after that, Icertis may permanently destroy your data with no obligation to recover it.
