Log in to your Quotatis Pro account
Go to https://www.quotatis.fr/pro/login and sign in with the email address and password you used when registering. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Mot de passe oublié' to receive a reset link by email.
Open the 'Aide & Contact' section
Once inside your professional space (espace pro), locate and click the 'Aide & Contact' section in the navigation menu. This is the built-in messaging channel for submitting requests directly to a Quotatis advisor.
Submit a cancellation/termination request in writing
Send a written message clearly stating your wish to terminate your contract or subscription ('Je souhaite résilier mon contrat / mon abonnement'). Include your company name, SIRET number, and the email address on your account to allow rapid identification.
Follow up by phone if no response within 48 hours
If you receive no reply within 48 hours, call Quotatis customer service at 09 72 72 66 00 (artisan/pro line, Mon–Fri 9 am–7 pm) or at 01 77 86 76 20 (general customer service). Reference your written request and ask for a cancellation confirmation number.
Confirm cancellation in writing by email
Send a cancellation confirmation email to artisan@quotatis.com (for artisan/pro accounts) or service-client@quotatis.fr (for customer accounts), referencing any reference number or conversation you had with the advisor. Keep a copy for your records.
Verify billing has stopped
Check your bank statements or payment method to confirm no further charges are made after the confirmed cancellation date. Log back into your espace pro to verify the contract status shows as terminated.
