No. Your paid subscription remains active until the last day of your current billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to the free plan automatically.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Wordtune does not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. All amounts paid are non-refundable. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

Does uninstalling the browser extension cancel my subscription?

No. Removing the Wordtune Chrome or Edge extension does not cancel your subscription. You must log in to app.wordtune.com and cancel through the Billing section in your account settings.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by visiting https://www.wordtune.com/plans and choosing a plan. Your account and data are retained after cancellation.

Can I delete my Wordtune account entirely?

Yes. Wordtune allows account deletion separately from subscription cancellation. Visit the Help Center at support.wordtune.com or email help@wordtune.com to request full account and data deletion.

What happens to my usage limits after I cancel?

After your billing period ends, you are moved to the free plan, which has a limited number of rewrites and AI features per day compared to the paid plan.

Go to your Wordtune account page

Open your browser and navigate to https://app.wordtune.com. Make sure you are logged in with the account that has the active subscription.

Open your profile / account settings

Click on your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner of the Wordtune interface to open the account menu.

Click 'Manage plan'

In the account menu or account page, click the 'Manage plan' button. This takes you to your subscription and billing details.

Scroll to the Billing section

On the Manage plan page, scroll down until you reach the 'Billing' section at the bottom of the page.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

At the bottom of the Billing section, click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Confirm your cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your cancellation request to finalize the process. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
