Log in to your Ashby account at app.ashbyhq.com. Before requesting cancellation, export all candidate data, job postings, and reports using Ashby's built-in export tools. Ashby permanently erases customer data 30 days after account termination, so this must be done first.

Check your renewal date

Navigate to Account Settings to find your subscription renewal date. Ashby subscriptions auto-renew annually, and you must submit a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another full year.

Send a written cancellation request

Send an email to support@ashbyhq.com with a clear written cancellation request. Include your account name, the email address associated with the account, and the effective cancellation date you are requesting. Await confirmation from Ashby support
