Will I lose my forms and response data when I cancel?

No. All your forms and collected responses are preserved after cancellation. However, any forms using paid features will enter "trial mode" and cannot accept new responses until you either upgrade again or remove the paid features from those forms.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Typeform does not offer refunds for unused time on either monthly or annual plans. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I undo a cancellation?

Yes, before your billing period ends. Go back to Plan & Billing and click "Stop" to reverse the pending downgrade and keep your paid plan.

What happens to my team members after I cancel?

Team seats are removed once the downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period. Those users will lose access to the organization.

How do I permanently delete my account (not just downgrade)?

To delete your account entirely, click your profile icon (upper right) → "Your Settings" → "Delete Account" → authenticate with your email verification code → click "Delete Everything".

What is the free plan response limit after downgrading?

The free plan allows up to 10 responses per month. Forms with paid features will be locked in trial mode and unable to collect new responses until upgraded or edited to remove paid-only features.

Log in to Typeform

Go to typeform.com and log in to your account.

Open Plan & Billing

Click the organization icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard, then select "Plan & Billing" from the dropdown menu.

Click "Cancel my plan"

Under your current plan details, click the "Cancel my plan" link.

Select the Free plan

Choose the Free plan option, then click "Get Free" to initiate the downgrade.

Review feature loss and continue

Review the list of paid features you will lose, then click "Continue to Survey".

Complete the cancellation survey

Fill out Typeform's cancellation feedback survey (built with their own product). You must fully complete and click "Submit" — if you skip or close the survey, your cancellation will NOT be processed.

Confirm the downgrade

Check the confirmation checkbox acknowledging the downgrade terms, then click "Cancel my plan" to finalize.

Check for confirmation email

Typeform sends a cancellation confirmation email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
