Open Dijital Operatör App

Download and open the 'Dijital Operatör' (Digital Operator) app on your phone, or log in to your account at turkcell.com.tr. Sign in with your Turkcell credentials (phone number + password).

Go to Yardım (Help)

In the app, tap the 'Yardım' (Help) tab in the bottom navigation bar. On the website, click 'Hesabım' (My Account) in the top-right corner.

If your line has an active commitment period (taahhüt), the app will display your 'Cayma Bedeli' (early termination fee). This is calculated as: (full price − discounted price) × remaining months in contract, plus any outstanding device installment balance. Review this amount carefully before proceeding.

Enter Cancellation Reason and Submit

Select your cancellation reason from the dropdown ('İptal Nedeni'), then tap 'Fesih Başvurusu Yap' (Submit Termination Request). Note the confirmation/reference number displayed on screen.

Alternative: Cancel via e-Devlet

If you prefer the government portal: go to turkiye.gov.tr, search for 'Turkcell Abonelik Fesih Başvurusu', click 'Kimliğimi Şimdi Doğrula' (Verify My Identity Now), authenticate via internet banking or mobile signature, select your line, click 'Fesih Başvurusu Yap', then download, sign, and upload the termination document. Billing stops within 24 hours.

Confirm at Turkcell Store if Required

For full postpaid (faturalı) line closures, Turkcell may require in-person identity verification at an authorized Turkcell retailer ('Turkcell İletişim Merkezi') within 7 days of your app submission, bringing your national ID (T.C. Kimlik Kartı). The cancellation is processed within 7 business days of the completed application.
