Open your device's subscription manager
Speedtest by Ookla sells its premium subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play — not directly via speedtest.net. On iPhone/iPad: open the Settings app and tap your name at the top. On Android: open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Navigate to Subscriptions
On iPhone/iPad: tap 'Subscriptions' from your Apple ID menu. On Android: tap 'Payments & subscriptions', then tap 'Subscriptions'. On Mac App Store: click your name in the sidebar, then click 'View Information' and scroll to the 'Subscriptions' section and click 'Manage'.
Find Speedtest by Ookla
Scroll through your active subscriptions list and tap 'Speedtest by Ookla'. You may see it listed as 'Speedtest Premium' or 'Speedtest VPN'.
Tap Cancel Subscription
On iOS: tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the subscription details screen, then confirm by tapping 'Confirm' in the dialog. On Android: tap 'Cancel subscription', select a cancellation reason from the dropdown (required), then tap 'Continue' and confirm.
Confirm cancellation
You will see a confirmation message stating your subscription is cancelled. On iOS, you will also see the date your access expires. Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed via PayPal or cannot cancel through the app store, email support@ookla.com with your account email and request cancellation. Alternatively, cancel automatic PayPal payments via PayPal Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments → find Speedtest by Ookla → Cancel.
