Log in to Odoo.com

Go to https://www.odoo.com and sign in with your registered account credentials.

Open My Databases

Click your profile/user icon in the top-right corner of the page and select 'My Databases' from the dropdown menu.

Download a backup

Before cancelling, click the action menu (three dots or gear icon) next to your Accounting database and select 'Download' to save a full backup of your data.

Delete the database

In the same action menu next to your database, click 'Delete'. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Deleting the database cancels the associated subscription — there is no separate 'Cancel Subscription' button.

Contact support if Delete is unavailable

If the 'Delete' button is not visible for your account type, go to https://www.odoo.com/help and open a support ticket requesting database deletion and subscription cancellation. Live chat is available Monday–Friday.

Verify cancellation

After deletion, your subscription is closed and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Your Odoo.com account remains active; only the specific database is removed.
