Log in to Moje Play

Go to play.pl and log in to your account ('Moje Play') using your username and password, or open the Play24 mobile app. Former UPC customers use the same portal — the Moje UPC portal has been fully migrated to Moje Play.

Open the live chat

On play.pl, click the chat icon (bottom-right corner) to open the Play assistant chat. Alternatively, navigate to play.pl/pomoc/twoje-konto/rozwiazanie-umowy for the contract termination help page.

Type termination intent to the bot

In the chat window, type 'Chcę rozwiązać umowę' (I want to cancel my contract). The bot will ask for confirmation — click 'Tak' (Yes) to proceed. It will then generate a link to a pre-filled termination form ('formularz wypowiedzenia').

Review the pre-filled termination form

Open the linked termination form. It will be pre-filled with your customer data (name, address, contract number, services to cancel). Verify all details — especially which services (internet, TV) you are terminating and the effective date.

Submit the form

Click 'Wyślij' (Send) to submit the termination statement. No printing or wet signature is required for the online method. You will immediately receive an SMS confirmation with your cancellation reference number.

Note the notice period

The notice period is 30 days counted from the first day of the next full billing period after submission. The SMS/email confirmation will state your exact service end date. Keep the confirmation.

Return rented equipment

After service termination, return any Play-owned equipment (modem, router, decoder) within 14 days to a Play salon. Bring proof of ID. Alternatively send via insured registered mail to: Ogólnopolskie Biuro Obsługi Klientów Play, ul. Murckowska 14c, 40-265 Katowice. Keep proof of return.
