Open the MX Player app
Launch the MX Player app on your Android or iOS device and make sure you're signed in to your account.
Go to your Profile
Tap on your profile icon or avatar, usually in the top-right corner of the app.
Open Subscription settings
Select 'MX Gold' or 'Manage Subscription' from your profile menu. This will show your current subscription status.
Cancel via the payment platform
MX Player Pro subscriptions are typically managed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Tap 'Manage on Google Play' or 'Manage on App Store' as applicable.
Cancel on Google Play or App Store
In Google Play, go to Subscriptions > MX Player > Cancel Subscription. On App Store, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MX Player > Cancel.
