No. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 30-day billing period. You retain full access until that date. Any plug-ins you have purchased outright with Flow credits remain yours permanently as perpetual licenses.

Do I keep my Flow credits after cancelling?

Yes. Any credits you have already earned through your subscription are retained after cancellation. You can use them to purchase perpetual licenses, and any plug-ins already bought with credits remain permanently licensed to you.

Can I get a refund when I cancel my Flow subscription?

Softube does not offer refunds for incomplete subscription periods on Flow subscriptions (Mixing Suite, Mastering Suite). The 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies to one-time software purchases only, not recurring subscriptions.

Can I reactivate my Flow subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe to a Flow suite at any time. Your previously earned credits and perpetual licenses remain intact, and you will continue accumulating new credits once you resubscribe. Note that the current Terms and EULA at the time of reactivation will apply.

What happens to my data and account after I cancel?

Your Softube account remains active after cancelling a subscription — only the subscription itself is terminated. For personal data deletion requests, contact Softube at info@softube.com referencing their Privacy Policy.

What if I cannot find the Cancel button in my account?

If the self-service cancellation option is not visible, contact Softube support via the form at softube.com/support or email info@softube.com. Forum reports indicate support response times can sometimes be slow (days to weeks), so cancel well before your next billing date.

Log in to your Softube account

Go to softube.com and click the account icon or 'Sign In' in the top navigation. Enter your email and password to log into your Softube account.

Navigate to My Account

Once logged in, click on your account name or profile icon in the top-right corner to access the 'My Account' page.

Open the My Subscription tab

Within the My Account page, locate and click on the 'My Subscription' tab. This is where all active subscriptions (Flow Mixing Suite, Flow Mastering Suite, etc.) are listed.

Select the subscription to cancel

Find the active Flow subscription you wish to cancel. Review the current billing period and renewal date shown on the subscription card before proceeding.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button or link associated with your plan. You may be shown a confirmation prompt or a summary of what you will lose access to.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your decision when prompted. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period — you retain access until then. Any credits earned and perpetual licenses already purchased with credits are kept permanently.
