Go to KeepSolid User Office

Open your browser and navigate to https://my.keepsolid.com/account. Log in with your KeepSolid ID (email and password). If you registered via Apple or Google, use the corresponding 'Sign in with Apple' or 'Sign in with Google' button.

Open your profile menu

Once logged in, click your KeepSolid ID or profile icon in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.

Navigate to Purchase History

In the dropdown or account panel, scroll down and click on 'Purchase History'. This section lists all your active and past KeepSolid purchases, including your VPN Unlimited subscription.

Find your VPN Unlimited subscription

Locate your VPN Unlimited plan in the Purchase History list. It will be shown with the plan name, billing cycle, and next renewal date.

Click 'Manage'

Next to your VPN Unlimited subscription entry, click the 'Manage' button. This opens the subscription management options.

Cancel auto-renewal

Click the option to cancel auto-renewal or cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
