Will I still have access after canceling?

Yes. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). After that, your team loses access to the account.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Monthly plans receive no refunds under any circumstances. Annual plans may qualify for a partial refund only if canceled within 30 days of the annual renewal date (not on your first purchase) — contact support@agorapulse.com after canceling to request consideration.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Before your billing cycle ends, go back to Subscription settings and click 'Turn on your subscription renewal' — no data is lost. After the cycle ends, you would need to re-subscribe from scratch.

Does canceling delete my data?

No. Canceling only stops future billing; your data remains intact until the billing cycle ends. To permanently delete your account and all data, go to your avatar → Personal settings → 'Delete my account' → confirm. This action is irreversible, so export your data first.

I'm on a Custom or Enterprise plan — how do I cancel?

You must contact your Customer Success Manager directly or email cs@agorapulse.com with written notice at least 60 days before your renewal date. The in-app cancel button does not apply to Custom plan accounts. Missing the 60-day window results in automatic renewal for another full year.

Can a team admin cancel the subscription?

No. Only the Organization Owner has permission to cancel the subscription. Team members and admins cannot access the cancellation option.

Log in as Owner

Log in to Agorapulse at app.agorapulse.com. Note: only the Organization Owner can cancel — team admins do not have this permission.

Open Subscription settings

Click your profile picture / avatar in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, then click 'Subscription' in the menu that appears.

Navigate to cancellation

On the Subscription summary page (app.agorapulse.com/subscription/summary), scroll to the bottom to find the cancellation option.

Click Cancel subscription

Click 'Cancel subscription' (for paid plans), 'Cancel trial' (if on a free trial), or 'Stop Free Plan' (if on the free tier).

Complete the feedback form

Fill in the cancellation reason survey that appears — select your reason and optionally add comments.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm cancellation' (also referenced as 'Terminate' in some UI versions) to finalize. You will receive a confirmation and retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
