Log in to Better Stack
Go to https://betterstack.com and sign in to your account using your credentials.
Open account menu
Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.
Go to 'Your account'
Select 'Your account' from the dropdown menu to open your account settings page.
Navigate to Billing settings
In your account settings, look for the 'Billing' or 'Subscription' section in the left sidebar or page navigation to review your current plan.
Downgrade or contact support to cancel
If a self-service downgrade button is not visible, email hello@betterstack.com or call +1 (628) 900-3830 to request cancellation or a downgrade to the free plan. Better Stack does not prominently expose a self-service subscription cancellation UI — support contact is the confirmed path.
Delete account (optional — permanent)
If you want full account removal rather than a downgrade, scroll to the bottom of the 'Your account' page and click 'Permanently remove your account'. This is irreversible and deletes all data immediately.
