No. A1 Xplore TV is charged as a flat monthly fee on your regular A1 bill. The subscription covers a full 30-day renewal cycle and no pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days.

How do I reactivate A1 Xplore TV after cancellation?

You can reactivate at any time through the Mojot A1 app (Packages → Additional Packages and Services → A1 Xplore TV → Activate), at any A1 store, or by calling 077 1234. You will receive a new SMS with login credentials after reactivation.

Can I cancel at an A1 store or by phone instead of the app?

Yes. You can deactivate A1 Xplore TV by visiting any A1 retail store in Macedonia in person, or by calling the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234 and requesting deactivation from an agent.

Is there a minimum contract period for A1 Xplore TV?

No. A1 Xplore TV is a no-contract add-on available to all A1 mobile and fixed postpaid customers. It auto-renews every 30 days and can be cancelled at any time without penalties.

What happens to my registered devices after I cancel?

Open the Mojot A1 app

Download and open the 'Mojot A1' app (available on iOS App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery). Log in with your A1 account credentials.

Go to PACKAGES

Tap the 'PACKAGES' (ПАКЕТИ) section from the bottom navigation menu in the Mojot A1 app.

Select ADDITIONAL PACKAGES AND SERVICES

Tap 'ADDITIONAL PACKAGES AND SERVICES' (ДОПОЛНИТЕЛНИ ПАКЕТИ И УСЛУГИ) to see all currently active add-on services on your line.

Find your A1 Xplore TV package

Locate your active A1 Xplore TV package (XS at 199 MKD/month, M at 299 MKD/month, or L at 699 MKD/month) in the list of active services.

Tap Deactivate

Select the A1 Xplore TV package and tap the 'DEACTIVATE' (ДЕАКТИВИРАЈ) button. Confirm the deactivation when prompted.

Confirm cancellation

You will receive an SMS confirmation that your A1 Xplore TV service has been deactivated. The service will no longer renew on your next monthly A1 bill.
