No. Premium features remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You are not cut off right away.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app does not stop billing. You must cancel through the Life360 app, Life360.com, or the App Store/Google Play Store directly.

Can I get a refund for unused time?

Life360 does not offer refunds for unused subscription time. If you paid via Apple, you can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases follow Google's own refund policy.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging back into Life360 and purchasing a new membership from the Manage Membership section.

Does canceling my subscription delete my account and data?

Open the Life360 app and log in. Tap the main menu or account settings, then select 'Manage Membership'.

Review plan benefits

A screen displays your current plan benefits (e.g., identity theft protection, SOS, location sharing). Review and proceed.

Tap Cancel Membership

Tap the 'Cancel Membership' button. If you subscribed via Google Play, the app redirects you to the Google Play Store — find Life360 under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription. If via iOS, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Life360 → Cancel Subscription.

Select cancellation reason

Choose a reason from the list (e.g., 'Too expensive', 'Don't use it enough') and tap 'Continue'.

Confirm cancellation

Tap 'Yes, Confirm Cancellation' to finalize. You will receive a confirmation and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
