Downgrading to the free plan takes effect at the end of your current billing month. During that period you retain Pro or Business features. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to free plan limits (up to 50 free registrants per event).

Open the Organizer dashboard

After logging in, click your profile or account icon in the top-right corner to access the Organizer dashboard.

Go to Payment and Billing

In the left sidebar of the Organizer dashboard, click 'Payment and billing'.

Cancel your plan

Within the Payment and billing section, select the option to cancel or downgrade your plan. Downgrading to the free tier takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
