Can I still use Proposify after I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals but your account remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. A countdown timer in the top-left of the app shows how many days remain.

Does Proposify offer refunds?

No. Proposify does not issue refunds or credits for any unused portion of the current billing term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes, as long as your billing period has not fully expired. Click the 'Reactivate' button that appears in your account and everything — proposals, templates, contacts, and settings — will be restored exactly as it was.

What happens to my data after the billing period ends?

Once the account fully closes, Proposify permanently deletes all proposals, templates, content, contacts, metrics, and settings. Back up any important data before the countdown timer reaches zero.

Who can cancel a Proposify account?

Only the account owner can cancel. Team members and admins will not see the cancellation button in billing settings.

What if I'm on a Business plan?

Business plan subscribers see a 'Request Cancellation' button instead of a direct cancel. This submits a cancellation request rather than immediately cancelling, and Proposify may follow up before processing it.

Log in to your Proposify account

Go to app.proposify.com and sign in with your account owner credentials. Note: only the account owner can cancel — team members will not see the cancellation option.

Open Settings

Click 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu.

Go to the Billing page

Inside Settings, click on 'Billing' to open your billing management area.

Click the Plan Summary tab

On the Billing page, select the 'Plan Summary' tab to view your current subscription details.

Click Cancel next to Manage Subscription

Find the 'Manage Subscription' section and click the 'Cancel' button beside it. If you are on a custom Business plan, this button will instead read 'Request Cancellation'.

Select a cancellation reason

You will be prompted to select a reason for leaving from a dropdown. Choosing a reason is required to proceed. Additional detail fields are optional.

Click Delete Account

After providing your reason, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Delete Account' to confirm and complete the cancellation.
