Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace is downgraded to the free plan.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Folk's Terms of Use state that all fees are non-refundable, including for unused services or cancelled accounts. There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by going back to Settings > Plans and selecting a paid plan. Your data remains intact during the free-plan period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data (contacts, notes, pipelines) is preserved on the free plan. However, free plan limits apply — if your workspace exceeds free-tier limits, some data may become read-only until you upgrade or reduce usage.

How do I cancel if I'm on a custom or enterprise plan?

Custom plan users cannot self-cancel via the Settings page. You must contact Folk's support team directly through the in-app live chat or by emailing their support to request cancellation.

How do I delete my Folk account entirely?

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and use the 'Delete account' option. Note that account deletion is permanent and will erase all your data.

Log in to Folk

Go to app.folk.app and sign in to your Folk account.

Open Settings

Click your workspace name or avatar in the bottom-left corner, then select 'Settings' from the menu.

Navigate to Plans

In the Settings sidebar, click on 'Plans' to open your current subscription details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

In the top right-hand corner of the Plans page, click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Submit cancellation feedback

Folk will prompt you to provide a reason for cancelling. Select a reason from the options provided and submit the feedback form to confirm cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

After submitting feedback, your cancellation is confirmed. You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your workspace downgrades to the free plan.
