Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, not immediately.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Heyflow's policy states all fees are non-refundable, including early cancellation of annual contracts. There are no prorated refunds for unused time.

What happens to my flows and data after cancellation?

Your flows remain saved after cancellation, but if your account lapses entirely (e.g., after a free trial), flows are deleted 28 days after expiration. Export your response data from the Responses section before cancelling.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate by going to Plans and Billing in your account settings, selecting a plan, and clicking 'Subscribe now' at any time.

How do I cancel if I can't find the option in the app?

Contact Heyflow support via the in-app chat bubble (bottom-right corner) or by email at support@heyflow.com. Written cancellation requests via email are also accepted under their Terms and Conditions.

Can I downgrade instead of cancelling?

Downgrading to a lower plan cannot be done self-service — you must contact support via in-app chat or email at support@heyflow.com to request a downgrade.

Open your account menu

Log in to your Heyflow account at app.heyflow.com. Click your credentials/account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Go to My Account

Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu that appears.

Open the Plan tab

Inside your account settings, click the "Plan" tab to view your current subscription details.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan page and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Complete the feedback questionnaire

Heyflow requires you to fill out a short feedback questionnaire about why you are leaving before you can confirm cancellation. Complete all required fields.

Confirm cancellation

After submitting the questionnaire, click "No, I'll leave" to confirm and finalize your cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
