Will my workout history and data be deleted?

Saved workouts and progress data may become inaccessible if you do not resubscribe. Export or note any important data before your access period ends.

What if my cancellation doesn't seem to take effect?

If the subscription still appears active after canceling, contact TrainHeroic support. This can happen if the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal — in those cases you must cancel directly through the respective platform's subscription management settings.

Tap 'Athlete Pro Subscriptions' (for Athlete Pro) or find your active team subscription listed below your profile details.

Cancel the subscription

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Billing'. Your official cancel date will be displayed below the team name confirming the cancellation is scheduled.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
