Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have generated fewer than 10 minutes of video. After 14 days or if you have used 10+ minutes, no refund is issued. Annual plan customers receive no refund for unused months. Contact support@colossyan.com to request a refund.

Will my videos and drafts be deleted?

No. Your existing videos and drafts remain intact after downgrading to the free plan. However, you lose access to the video editor on the free tier. Data may be deleted if you fully delete your account.

Click your initials or avatar icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu.

Go to Payment settings

Select 'Payment' from the account dropdown menu to open your subscription and billing page.

Click 'Downgrade to Free'

Locate the 'Downgrade to Free' button in the lower-right corner of the Payment section. This is Colossyan's cancel button — it is labeled as a downgrade rather than a cancellation.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the action when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
