Will I still have access after I cancel?

Yes. Your plan remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. After that date you lose access to all gyms and facilities.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Wellhub does not issue refunds or prorated credits upon cancellation. The only exception is for customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, who have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, provided they haven't used any Third Party Provider services during that period.

How do I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

A fully canceled subscription cannot be simply resumed — you must sign up for a new plan. If you want to temporarily suspend service while keeping the ability to restart easily, use the 'Pause' feature instead of canceling.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. Wellhub charges no cancellation fees or enrollment fees.

Can I cancel a family member's plan?

Only the primary account holder can cancel their own plan or a family member's plan. Go to Profile → Family members → tap the 3-dot icon next to the member → Manage Subscription → Cancel.

What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via Apple, cancel through iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Wellhub/Gympass → Cancel Subscription. On Android, go to Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Wellhub → Cancel subscription.

Open the Wellhub app

Open the Wellhub (formerly Gympass) mobile app on your iOS or Android device and tap the 'Profile' tab at the bottom of the screen.

Go to Account Settings

Tap the gear/settings icon in the top corner of your profile screen, then select 'Account' from the menu.

Open Subscription management

In the 'Subscription' section, tap 'Manage Subscription' to view your current plan details.

Initiate cancellation

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' to begin the cancellation flow.

Confirm first prompt

On the confirmation screen, tap 'Continue to cancel' to proceed past any retention messaging.

Finalize cancellation

Tap 'Cancel subscription' on the final confirmation screen. You will receive a confirmation and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
