Is Arrikto still operating as an independent company?

No. Arrikto was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in May 2023. The team and technology were absorbed into HPE Ezmeral. The arrikto.com website remains live but the Zendesk support portal is closed. Current subscribers may need to engage HPE Ezmeral for support.

Can I cancel my Arrikto subscription mid-year?

Per the Terms of Service, mid-term cancellation is only permitted if Arrikto commits a material breach and fails to cure it within 30 calendar days of written notice. Otherwise you are bound to the annual term.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Arrikto's Terms of Service state that fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable under normal circumstances. A pro-rata refund (1/12 of annual fee × remaining months) is only available if Arrikto commits an uncured material breach lasting more than 90 days.

How do I prevent my subscription from auto-renewing?

You must send written cancellation notice to Arrikto/HPE at least 10 days before your subscription renewal date. Send it via the contact form at arrikto.com/contact/ or by email to support@arrikto.com, and request written confirmation.

Draft a written cancellation notice including your account name, company name, subscription details, and the effective date you wish to cancel. The ToS requires written notice — email is acceptable.
