Can I still use UiPath after I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can continue using all paid features until that expiration date. On the renewal date, your organization automatically reverts to the free Community plan.

What happens to my tenants and licenses when cancellation takes effect?

On the renewal date, all subscription licenses are removed and any additional tenants created under the paid plan are disabled and become unusable. Only the default tenant remains accessible under the Community plan.

Are UiPath subscriptions refundable?

Generally, UiPath subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. If you believe you have grounds for a refund, contact UiPath via the 'Contact Us' page (while signed in), select 'Request refund', and provide your Subscription ID found in your Paid Subscriptions section.

How do I cancel a UiPath Marketplace add-on subscription?

Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled differently. Go to your profile → 'Subscriptions' tab → 'Paid' → 'Active' → click the three-dot menu next to the subscription → 'View Subscription Details' → set 'Auto Renewal' to Off. The subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can purchase a new plan at any time from Admin → Organization → Licenses. However, disabled tenants from the previous paid plan are not automatically re-enabled; you would need to reconfigure them.

How do I delete my UiPath account and all data?

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or data. To request permanent data deletion, visit uipath.com/legal/trust-and-security/report/delete-account-data. Note: deletion is irreversible and removes access to all UiPath services including Academy and the Community Forum.

Log in to UiPath Automation Cloud

Go to cloud.uipath.com and sign in with the account that holds the paid subscription. You must be the Organization Administrator to cancel.

Open Admin settings

Click the 'Admin' option in the left-hand navigation panel to access organization-level settings.

Navigate to Licenses

In the Admin panel, go to 'Organization' → 'Licenses'. This shows your current plan and billing details.

Open billing portal

Click the link labelled 'Update payment info, view billing history, cancel plan'. This takes you to the external billing portal (Stripe-powered).

Select 'Cancel plan'

On the billing portal page, locate your active plan and click the 'Cancel plan' button. A confirmation prompt may appear asking you to confirm the cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The button turns green and displays a checkmark icon once the cancellation is successfully processed.

Return to Automation Cloud

Click 'UiPath, Inc.' in the grey left-hand panel of the billing portal to return to the Automation Cloud dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the current billing period ends.
