No. Unleash's Terms of Service state that all fees are non-refundable and non-pro-ratable for partial months. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.

Access is terminated upon cancellation. You should export any data you need before cancelling, as Unleash instructs both parties to cease use and erase confidential information upon termination.

How do I cancel an Enterprise plan?

Enterprise plans (invoice-billed) cannot be cancelled through the self-service dashboard. You must contact your account manager or submit a support ticket through the Unleash Help Center at getunleash.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Go to your Unleash Cloud instance URL and log in with your account credentials.

Open Admin Settings

Click on your profile or organization name in the top navigation, then navigate to 'Admin' or 'Settings' in the sidebar.

Go to Billing

Within Settings, find and click the 'Billing' or 'Account Management' section to view your current subscription details.

Initiate Cancellation

Look for a 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Terminate Account' option within the billing/account management tools. Click it to begin the cancellation process.

Confirm Cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. If you cannot find the self-service option or are on an Enterprise (invoice-based) plan, submit a cancellation request via the Unleash Help Center at getunleash.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb.
