Can I still use Sitebulb after cancelling?

Yes. Your licenses remain active and fully usable until their expiration date (the end of your current billing period). You will not be billed again after that date.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

Sitebulb does not publicly document a standard refund policy for cancellations. However, if you are upgrading from Desktop Pro to Cloud and there is billing overlap, you can contact support to request a pro-rata refund for the overlap period.

How do I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Simply go through the purchase process again on the Sitebulb pricing page at sitebulb.com. There is no special reactivation flow — you start a new subscription.

What happens to my audit data if I cancel?

For Desktop plans, previous audit data remains accessible within Sitebulb once you log back in after reactivating. For Cloud plans, previous audit data cannot be recovered after cancellation, so export anything important before cancelling.

What if I only want to reduce the number of user seats instead of cancelling entirely?

You can remove individual user licenses without cancelling the whole subscription. Log into the Customer Portal, go to 'Manage Subscription', and follow the guide for removing user licenses. This lowers your cost without ending the subscription.

Do free trials automatically renew and require cancellation?

No. Sitebulb free trials do not renew automatically. The license simply expires at the end of the trial period with no charge and no cancellation action required.

Go to the Sitebulb login portal

Navigate to https://sitebulb.com/Subscriptions/Account/Login/ or click the 'Login' button on the Sitebulb website. Sign in using the email and password you used when you first subscribed.

Open 'Your Account'

After logging in, go to the 'Your Account' section in the customer portal. You can also reach this from within the Sitebulb desktop app by signing in with your purchase email and clicking 'Your Account'.

Click 'Manage Subscription'

On the Account page, click the blue 'Manage Subscription' button. This takes you to an overview of your active subscription and licenses.

Click 'View' on your subscription

On the subscription overview screen, click the blue 'View' button next to your active subscription to open the full subscription details page.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the subscription details page, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. This cancels the entire subscription including all user licenses associated with it.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive confirmation that your subscription is cancelled and you will not be charged again on your next renewal date.
