No. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Access is only revoked after the period expires.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Badoo's policy allows a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for direct billing. For App Store purchases, Apple's refund policy applies; for Google Play purchases, Google's policy applies. In practice, refunds are not guaranteed — contact support at support.badoo.com/hc if needed.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Cancelling only stops automatic renewal. You can resubscribe at any time by returning to Payment Settings and selecting a new Premium plan.

What if I don't see a 'Payment Settings' option?

This means your subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, not directly through Badoo. You must cancel through the original store — Badoo's website settings will not show a third-party subscription.

Does deleting my Badoo account cancel my subscription?

Open Settings

Click the gear/cog icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open Account Settings.

Go to Payment Settings

Scroll down within Settings to find the 'Payment Settings' section (Hungarian: 'Fizetési beállítások').

Click Unsubscribe

Click the 'Unsubscribe' button ('Leiratkozás') within the Payment Settings section.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click 'Unsubscribe' again to confirm. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
