Log in to your Setapp account
Go to https://my.setapp.com/login and sign in with your Setapp credentials.
Open the Subscriptions page
Navigate to https://my.setapp.com/subscription or click on 'Subscriptions' in your account menu.
Click 'Manage subscription'
On the Subscriptions page, click the 'Manage subscription' button to open subscription settings.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
Scroll to the bottom of the subscription management page and click 'Cancel subscription'.
Complete the cancellation survey
Answer a short 2-question survey explaining why you are cancelling. This is required before the cancellation is confirmed.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
