Will I still have access after cancelling?

Yes. Your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier (10 credits/month).

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Artbreeder does not offer automatic refunds. If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact support@artbreeder.com and they will review it on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to my images after I cancel?

All your images remain on the platform. Images you set to private mode while on a paid plan will stay private permanently, even after you downgrade to the free tier.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. Log back in to Artbreeder, go to Account Settings → Subscriptions, and sign up for a plan again using your payment details.

What happens to my unused credits when I cancel?

Unused credits are not refunded or rolled over. Any remaining credits at the time of cancellation are forfeited when your billing period ends.

What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

You must cancel through the platform you subscribed with. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Artbreeder → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Artbreeder → Cancel Subscription.

Open the Subscriptions tab

Inside Account Settings, click the "Subscriptions" tab.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button on the Subscriptions tab.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
