What is the Box free tier storage limit?

Log in to Box Admin Console

Go to app.box.com and sign in. Business account admins should access the Admin Console from the left sidebar.

Go to Account Settings

For individual plans, click your profile icon in the top-right and select 'Account Settings'. For business plans, navigate to Admin Console > Account.

Access Billing

Select the 'Billing' tab to view your subscription, next billing date, and payment method.

Cancel Subscription

Click 'Cancel Subscription' and read the information about what access you will lose. Confirm you wish to proceed.

Downgrade Confirmation

Select your reason for leaving and click 'Confirm Cancellation'. Box will send a confirmation email. You retain access until the billing period ends, then your account moves to the free 10 GB Individual plan.
