No, meetings already booked will remain on your calendar. However, future bookings will be limited to your single free event type.

What happens to my scheduling links?

Only one event type link will remain active on the free plan. Other links will become inactive. Share your updated booking link with contacts.

Can I keep my integrations on the free plan?

The free Basic plan has very limited integrations. Most third-party integrations like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier require a paid plan.

Go to calendly.com and sign in with your account.

Open account settings

Click on your initials or profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Billing

Click on 'Billing' in the left sidebar to view your current Professional or Teams plan.

Cancel your subscription

Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Downgrade to Basic'. Review the features you'll lose.

Confirm cancellation

Select a reason for cancelling and click 'Confirm'. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.
