Will Copilot still work in my Microsoft 365 apps after cancelling Pro?

Go to Microsoft account services

Visit account.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account used for your Copilot Pro subscription.

Find your subscriptions

Click on 'Services & subscriptions' in the top navigation menu to see all your active Microsoft subscriptions.

Locate Copilot Pro

Find 'Microsoft Copilot Pro' in the list of subscriptions and click 'Manage' next to it.

Turn off recurring billing

Click 'Cancel' or 'Turn off recurring billing'. Microsoft may offer alternative plans or a discounted rate.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your Copilot Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
