Open the CRED app

Launch the CRED app on your smartphone and log in to your account.

Go to your Profile

Tap the profile icon or your name in the top-left corner to access your account settings.

Navigate to Account

Tap 'Account' or 'Settings' to find account management options.

Select Deactivate account

Scroll down to find 'Deactivate account' and tap it. CRED will inform you about what will happen to your CRED coins, rewards, and linked credit cards upon deactivation.
