What happens to my Fi account and savings after cancelling?

Cancelling a paid Fi plan only removes the premium features. Your Federal Bank savings account, Fi card, and core banking features remain fully active. Your balance and savings are completely unaffected.

Will my UPI payments and auto-debits continue after cancellation?

Yes — UPI payments and auto-debits set up through your Fi account will continue to work normally after cancelling a paid plan. Your underlying Federal Bank account is not affected.

Can I resubscribe to Fi Connected or another paid plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade to any paid Fi plan at any time from the Subscription section in the app. Your account history and balance will remain intact.

Open the Fi app

Launch the Fi Money app on your smartphone and log in to your account.

Go to your Profile

Tap the profile icon or your avatar at the top of the screen to access your account settings.

Navigate to Subscription

Tap 'Subscription' or 'Fi Connected' to view your current plan details and billing information.

Cancel the subscription

Tap 'Cancel' or 'Cancel plan' and follow the on-screen instructions. Fi may present a retention offer or ask for a reason before confirming.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your decision to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the basic free tier.
