Do I get to keep any version of the IDE after cancelling?

Yes, if you've had an active subscription for 12 or more consecutive months, you receive a perpetual fallback license for the IDE version that was current 12 months before your cancellation.

Can I still use my license key after cancelling?

Your license key works until the subscription end date. After that, only the fallback version (if eligible) can be activated.

What about the All Products Pack — can I cancel individual tools?

If you have the All Products Pack, it's a single subscription. You can't cancel individual tools within it, but you can switch to individual tool subscriptions.

Log into JetBrains Account

Go to account.jetbrains.com and sign in with your JetBrains account.

Open Subscriptions

Click on 'Subscriptions' in the left sidebar to see all your active JetBrains subscriptions (IntelliJ IDEA, WebStorm, All Products Pack, etc.).

Select the subscription to cancel

Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on it to expand the details.

Cancel auto-renewal

Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Do not renew'. JetBrains will show you the fallback version you'll be entitled to keep permanently.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. If subscribed for 12+ consecutive months, you get a perpetual fallback license.
