After cancellation, your access to premium subtitled content ends at the end of your billing period. Some free content may still be available with limited subtitle options.

How do I cancel Kocowa+ on my mobile device?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Subscriptions on iOS, Google Play > Subscriptions on Android). Kocowa.com cannot cancel mobile subscriptions.

Can I resubscribe to Kocowa+ later?

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time through kocowa.com. Your account preferences and watchlist will be preserved. New promotional offers may be available for returning subscribers.
