Will my existing Loom videos be deleted?

On the free Starter plan, you're limited to 25 videos. If you have more than 25, you'll need to delete videos to get under the limit, but Loom provides a grace period to do this.

Can I download my videos before cancelling?

Yes, you can download your Loom videos in MP4 format from each video's settings page. Do this before any videos are removed due to the free plan limit.

What recording limits does the free plan have?

The free Starter plan allows up to 25 videos with a maximum recording length of 5 minutes per video. Screen and camera recording are still available.

Log into Loom

Go to loom.com and sign in to your account.

Open workspace settings

Click on your workspace name in the left sidebar and select 'Settings'.

Navigate to Billing

Click 'Billing & Plan' in the settings menu to see your current Business or Enterprise plan.

Cancel your plan

Click 'Downgrade' or 'Cancel Plan' to switch to the free Starter plan.

Confirm cancellation

Acknowledge the feature changes and confirm. Your existing videos remain accessible but you'll have recording limits on the free plan.
