Log in to your Peloton account

Go to onepeloton.com and sign in with your email and password.

Navigate to Membership settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Membership' from the dropdown menu.

Select Cancel Membership

Scroll to the bottom of the Membership page and click 'Cancel Membership'.

Complete the cancellation survey

Answer the brief cancellation survey explaining why you are leaving, then confirm your cancellation.

Check for confirmation email

You will receive a confirmation email. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
