No, all your activities, routes, and segments are saved. You will still have a free Strava account with your full history. You can export your data as GPX or CSV files as well.

You will lose access to Segment leaderboards, Route builder, Training log analysis, heart rate analysis, and power analysis. The free tier still lets you log and share activities.

Can I rejoin Strava later at the same price?

Open the Strava app or website

Launch the Strava app on your phone or go to strava.com and log in.

Go to your profile settings

Tap your profile photo, then tap the gear icon (Settings), or click your avatar on the website and select Settings.

Find the Subscription section

Scroll down to find 'Subscription' or 'Manage Subscription' in the settings menu.

Cancel your subscription

Tap 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts. If you subscribed via App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through those platforms directly.
