Prepare cancellation request
Compose an email to sales@life1.hu with your full name, membership/pass details, the email address on your account, and your requested cancellation date. Subject line: 'Előfizetés lemondása' (Membership cancellation).
Send cancellation email
Send the email to sales@life1.hu. Life1 does not offer a self-service online cancellation portal — email is the primary remote cancellation channel. Expect a response within 2–3 business days.
Await confirmation
Wait for a confirmation reply from Life1 staff. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, follow up or call +36-20-453-1667 (Váci35 club) or +36 70 422 9457 (Corvin club).
Alternative: cancel in person
Visit any Life1 Fitness club reception desk and request cancellation in person. Bring a valid ID and ask for written confirmation of the cancellation date.
Verify billing stops
Check your bank account after the next expected billing date to confirm no further charges have been processed. Contact sales@life1.hu immediately if a charge appears after your confirmed cancellation date.
