Log in to your ESO account
Go to account.elderscrollsonline.com and log in with your ESO (ZeniMax) credentials. This only applies if you subscribed directly through the ESO website or Epic Games. Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation subscribers must cancel through their respective platforms.
Open Manage Membership
On the Account Summary page, look at the left-hand navigation panel and click 'Manage Membership' under the billing/account section.
Click Cancel Membership
On the Membership page, click the 'Cancel Membership' button. If this button does not appear, your subscription is managed through Steam or another platform and must be cancelled there instead.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click 'Please cancel my membership' to finalize the cancellation.
Verify cancellation
A confirmation banner will appear at the top of the page and your ESO Plus status will change to 'Cancelled'. You will also receive a confirmation email from The Elder Scrolls Online. Your ESO Plus benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
